Any Monthly or Every Other Month Pest Control service (ants, roaches, silverfish, etc.) will be charged only the service rate and the initial service charge (generally 2-3x the regular service amount) will be waved. Most companies will charge a $70-$150 Initial for a regular service that will run $20-$50 dollars. Home & Garden Pest Solutions will waive that Initial fee.
