DESCRIPTION:Brunswick County Schools is teaming up with community leaders and volunteers who are committed to helping all children become fluent readers by the end of the third grade.\n \n\nBEST for Kids (Brunswick Early Success Team) is the combined effort of leaders from county government\, business\, faith-based\, non-profit\, and higher education. The group has been working in partnership with Brunswick County School leaders to develop a special volunteer opportunity for four pilot elementary schools.\n\n \n\nIndividuals interested in learning more about the BEST for Kids volunteer initiative are invited to attend one of three information sessions located in different regions of the county on Tuesday\, November 14\, 2017.\n\n \n\nA sign-up link to attend the the information sessions is located at www.bcswan.net. Registration for the information sessions is encouraged but not required.
