DESCRIPTION:Pelican's SnoBalls is hosting a Spirit Night for Paws Ability to raise funds to cover vet bills for Tinker Bell a 1 year old Yorkie that was burned and abandoned.  She is now out of the hospital and in foster care.  Tinker Bell will be at Pelican's to greet all and to show.  Additionally other rescue dogs will be there who are available for adoption. Pelican's will donate a portion of all sales from 4:00-7:00 pm to this cause.
