KAREFF\n\n \n\n \n\nMr. Kareff's background includes over 35 years of business experience in executive level management\, consumer and technology products marketing and strategic planning. He retired in 2001 \n\n\n\nPrior to his retirement\, in 1997 he established AJK Associates\, a management consulting firm that focused on the strategic development and field implementation processes required to deliver client growth and profitability. His experience includes bringing start up companies to market\, channel and market expansion\, and negotiation and implementation of strategic business partnerships. Major clients of his firm included the International Dairy Foods Association\, Suiza-Morningstar Foods and GAP Technologies.\n\n\n\nBefore starting his own company\, he held various senior level positions. Including Vice President of North America Sales and Vice President International Market Development for MEI\, a global supplier of transaction payment systems to the beverage\, vending\, foodservice and gaming industries. MEI is a business unit of the 28 billion dollar Mars Group. He also held the position of Executive Vice President for the Rockola Corporation\, a global manufacturer of digital jukeboxes and beverage vending machines. Earlier in his career\, Arthur was with the Snapple Beverage Company\, where his responsibilities as the National Vending Manager included the development and management of the corporate cold drink sales and marketing strategy for the company and its 300 distributors. He also worked with Beverage Management Incorporated as the Director of Cold Drink Marketing for the company's 10 multi state soft drink bottling operations \n\n\n\nArthur moved from Chicago\, IL.to Wilmington\, NC in 2002. In addition to a very active volunteer role with Wilmington SCORE\, Mentors to America's Small Business\, he is an invited member of the Cameron Executive Network at the University of North Carolina\, Wilmington where he mentor's International and American junior and senior students in the Cameron School of Business and\, is also a guest lecturer in the marketing department.
