We look forward to a family-\n\n friendly event that will bring people together for the kick-off of the holiday season\n\n \n\nThe Shallotte Multicultural Holiday Festival activities will focus on traditions and the \n\nspirit of the holidays. the event will enable us to:\n\n\n Promote cultural awareness and understanding within the Town of Shallotte.\n Provide a family-friendly environment for the kick-off to the holidays\n Raise awareness of the arts and cultures\n Establish new partnerships between the Shallotte Multicultural Holiday Festival planning committee\, the Town of Shallotte\, businesses\, non-profits and churches \n Generate additional revenues for the City of Shallotte\n\n\n\n We invite the public to come and celebrate the magic of the Holidays with us at the \n\nfamily- oriented multicultural festival. This year\, the Shallotte Christmas Parade \n\nwill again be followed by the Multicultural Holiday Festival. The festival will include:\n\n \n\n A Multicultural Stage showcasing some of the "best-of the-best ethnic performers such as the Ballet Folklorico Guadalupano and cloggers\, gospel singers and other holiday performers. \n The festival will also feature arts and crafts\, businesses and community resources vendors.\n\n\n\n The children's programs will include a Bounce Castle\, Safari Club\, face painting\, camel rides\, Home depot games and a visit with Santa Claus.\n Festival-goers will also have the opportunity to visit the Food Sampling Court for FREE sampling of the best ethnic cuisine from our regional restaurants.
