It’s SPRING! A ritual time for “spring cleaning”. But that shouldn’t be for your house only…It’s time to treat your body to a good “spring cleaning” – Rid your body of toxins, enjoy better sleep, increased energy and establish a healthy gut with a more balanced pH level for increased health and vitality!
There are no special products or supplements to take during this detox. It is a natural whole food cleanse designed to guide you toward a healthier lifestyle and healing for your mind, body and soul.
We not only learn about nutrient dense foods, but also focus on a whole body approach which includes tips on goal setting, journaling, meal planning, healthy grocery shopping, exercising and support on how to transition these guidelines into daily life after the cleanse.
This program is intended to be executed on your own, with guided support from your personal health coach. It is an ONLINE program.

-75 page Detox package (PDF), outlining the steps, goals and meal plans for each day
-Shopping list, sample recipes
-3 webinars: “Why Detox?”, “What is Clean Eating?”, and “How to Make Real Food your Real Life”
-Daily email motivation and support – “Wake Up Inspiration Message” and “Evening Recipe/Meal Ideas for the Following Day”
-Self Assessment Questionaire
-One hour personal tele-coaching session upon completion of the detox to help set your future health goals and evaluate your detox/cleanse
WHAT YOU NEED:
-Computer.
-Commitment and dedication to yourself to make health a priority for 12 days (approx 30min- 1 hour per day to reflect on goals/journal and plan for your next day.) Three Webinars will be recorded if you cannot attend them live in the evening.
-You will receive all materials/support via email and phone. You are responsible for purchasing your own grocery items/food and prepare meals at home.
-The cleanse will start on Monday, April 15th, but you will receive all of your information by Thursday, April 12th so you will have time to clean your pantry, prepare your shopping lists, gather grocery items and plan your week.
