2018 Women in Business Workshop: Put Yourself First

Join us for an informative workshop and roundtable discussion on how to Put Yourself First. 

Facilitated by Linda Stinson, Partner, RLS Focused Solutions, and several members of the Women in Business committee, this workshop is designed to provide insight into six different areas in which we all struggle to maintain a balance within our personal and professional lives.

Listen to women such as yourself as they talk about how they have tackled these areas and figured out a way to Put Themselves First while ensuring the other areas of their life maintain balance.

• Time Management
• Keeping Positive Habits
• Work/Life Balance
• How to say "No"
• Staying Healthy
• No Guilt Zone

The evening will kick off with some light mingling and refreshments and move into the discussion and roundtable. Everyone attending is encouraged to participate, but it is not mandatory.
