Arbor Landing Open House & Advance Care Planning Session
Join us for Begin The Conversation, a presentation by Lower Cape Fear Hospice & LifeCareCenter, and an Open House Tour of Arbor Landing at Ocean Isle.
Begin The Conversation helps identify health care choices and suggests ways to begin communicating them to family and health care providers. It explains the use of Advanced Directives (Living Will and Health Care Power of Attorney forms) to legally express your choices.
During the Open House, tour our beautiful facility, meet our staff, learn about our services and amenities and enjoy dessert and coffee.
