Join us in celebrating the opening to the Touch of Life Learning Center:

A True Labor of Love made possible by the generosity of St. James Service Club, Shallotte Rotary and the many hours of labor by volunteers.

The Center, a quiet, supportive, positive, non-intimidating home for students, student-tutor and others to learn and grow.

A light lunch will follow the ceremony.
