Cancer Transitions is a free 2 1/2-hour, six-week workshop designed to help breast cancer survivors make the transition from active treatment to post-treatment care. Expert speakers, including physicians, nutritionists, counselors, and fitness experts, will answer many of your questions about cancer survivorship and post-cancer treatment.
