Coincidence or Pattern? -- The Discovery of the Planets

At noon on August 16, astronomy and science teacher Fred Myers will give a presentation titled Coincidence or Pattern? -- The Discovery of the Planets. Mr. Myers will explore some tantalizing coincidences and provide an historical perspective that puts the audience in the shoes of the early astronomers in their quest to discover new planets in the Solar System.
