An Operations plan identifies how you will deliver your product/service to the customer, from start to finish (who does what tasks, how long it takes, etc.) and is often the most overlooked part of the business plan which can lead to costly mistakes. This class walks you through the process of creating an in-depth operations plan from both the internal and customer perspectives. It will challenge you to ask some hard questions about your business and to create detailed plans, strategies, and systems now that could save you time and money in the future. Please come prepared to interact. Work from home templates will be provided to all participants.
