Designing a Road Map for 2011

Business Training Team is fortunate to have Allan Nanney, Jr. from Keller Williams Realty in Pinehurst as our guest speaker for the next two webinars. Allan has taught this success program for real estate agents around the country and is adapting his program for all businesses.

This will be an action-oriented training session. You will need to be prepared to actively participate by asking questions, taking good notes and then putting a plan into action. You will learn to think like a millionaire business person.

Allan will discuss why business is not about sales. He will focus on creating an action plan, recognizing road blocks and implementing systems for change. We will cover:
