February is Heart Health month! 

So with that being said, we are hosting a community event to bring awareness to the heart. We are having a seminar THIS Thursday, the 9th of February, at 6 pm. This event is free of charge, open to the public and going to be very beneficial.

There will be two Naturopathic Doctors, a health coach, as well as gym owners, in attendance telling you and your friends what you can do to protect one of the most vital organs in your body. We want to make the community aware of preventive measures to keep your heart the healthiest that it can be. 

Invite your co-workers, friends, even people that pump gas beside you. We want heart health and protection to spread through out OUR community this month. With that said we are playing our part. We hope that you will play yours and show up and learn what we have to share. Who knows how this information could come in handy.
