Literacy Tutors Needed

Volunteer Training to Help Adults Improve Literacy Skills
Think about everything you've done in the last 24 hours!
What would have been different if you had trouble reading and writing, or speaking English?
The Brunswick Council Literacy Council needs volunteers to tutor adults in reading, writing or math. You do not need a teaching background to become a Literacy Tutor.
The Council will provide training and teaching materials to help volunteers learn how to help adults improve their skills. Literacy tutors will work with students one on one and/or in a small class.
