Living with grief: Growth and education groups for adults coping with grief

Lower Cape Fear Hospice will offer a free six-week grief program, Living with grief: Growth and education groups for adults from 3-5 p.m. Tuesdays, April 21 – May 26, at SECU Hospice House of Brunswick, 955 Mercy Lane SE in Bolivia.

Discussions include the phases of grief and the grieving process, along with other areas of concern. Often being around others who have been through a similar experience enables participants to talk about what they are experiencing. Grief groups help emphasize that participants are not grieving alone and others understand and can support them on their grief journey.

Registration is mandatory and closes once the series begins. For more information, call 796-8056.
