Night Sky Telescope Viewing

See a special presentation of the movie Two Pieces of Glass, which is about the discovery of telescopes -- their history and use. Then view a live star show in the Planetarium's domed theater where you will learn how to identify stars, planets, and constellations in the night sky. Last, weather permitting, apply your knowledge by going outside, where members of Coastal Carolina University's astronomy club will be waiting with telescopes. If the night is cloudless, you should be able to see Jupiter, Saturn, and the Constellation Virgo.
