Wine Makers Dinner to Benefit for First Tee

On the evenings of April 25th & 26th, Angelos Bistro will host an intimate Wine Makers Dinner, with Monte delle Vinga's, Beatrice Brighenti! The event will be co-hosted by Petrea Imports.
After an introduction from Rusty Petrea, the winemaker will do a short presentation. This will include the history of the estate, paying particular attention to their commitment to the environment, to the community, and to making the best possible wine.
The wines that will be served at the event are selections from the family's vineyard. Angelo's Chef has designed a menu inspired by the region of Emilia-Romagna, also known as Parma.

Monte delle Vigne Territory and sustainability

It has always been our land. We were born here and we lived our experiences as children and men just here. Thanks to this land, we are able to express our uniqueness.
For us, respect for nature and tradition means the protection of a heritage that is part of our culture and identity.
The respect of the environment leads to the achievement of high quality products; now and in the future, it is essential to contribute to the wellness of our children and ours.
These principles, which underpin the company's mission, find their application in the adoption of the Photovoltaic, the continuous reduction of the carbon emissions, the use of precision agriculture and the adoption of the organic system.

Monte delle Vigne is rooted on the hills at 300 meters of height, which lead from the Po Valley to the highest peaks of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennine.
The ancient route taken by pilgrims is the divide between the vineyards of white grapes of Malvasia and Sauvignon facing East and red grape vineyards of Barbera, Croatina and Lambrusco facing West.
