Location Manager

Carolina Staffing Solutions Inc is looking for a Location Manager in Shallotte, NC!

We are seeking a sale driven candidate with great communication skills, leadership, who takes initiative and has excellent customer service skills. The ideal candidate should also possess self-marketing skills. This is a performance-based position with pay based on experience and performance. There is also an opportunity for bonuses and commissions.
 
Job Responsibilities:
  • Acquire new members for the gym 
  • Managing scheduling, inventory, vendors, payroll
  • Pitch and present products to potential clients through direct communication, in face-to-face meetings, telephone calls, emails, and follow-up with leads
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
  • Stay current with the latest industry trends and market conditions

Requirements:
  • 5 years of sales experience
  • At least 1 year experience at a fitness center
  • Using QuickBooks
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • Self-motivated and goal oriented.
  • Strong management and organizational skills

Hours: Open Availability  

Rate of Pay: $13 to $22 per hour plus commission and bonuses.
