Location Manager
Carolina Staffing Solutions Inc is looking for a Location Manager in Shallotte, NC!
We are seeking a sale driven candidate with great communication skills, leadership, who takes initiative and has excellent customer service skills. The ideal candidate should also possess self-marketing skills. This is a performance-based position with pay based on experience and performance. There is also an opportunity for bonuses and commissions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Acquire new members for the gym
- Managing scheduling, inventory, vendors, payroll
- Pitch and present products to potential clients through direct communication, in face-to-face meetings, telephone calls, emails, and follow-up with leads
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
- Stay current with the latest industry trends and market conditions
Requirements:
- 5 years of sales experience
- At least 1 year experience at a fitness center
- Using QuickBooks
- Ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Self-motivated and goal oriented.
- Strong management and organizational skills
Hours: Open Availability
Rate of Pay: $13 to $22 per hour plus commission and bonuses.
