Leasing Specialist - The Tides of Shallotte

The Tides of Shallotte, professionally managed by Avenue5 Residential, is looking for an outgoing, motivated, and dependable Leasing Specialist to join our team!

We're a growing luxury apartment community in the heart of Shallotte, and we're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in their work, and thrives in a team-oriented environment.

What You'll Do:

• Welcome prospective residents and conduct engaging community tours.

• Build relationships with prospects and help turn interest into signed leases.

• Manage leasing inquiries, applications, and consistent prospect follow-up.

• Assist current residents with questions, renewals, and general customer service.

• Support resident events, community outreach, and marketing efforts.

• Work closely with our onsite team to deliver an exceptional resident experience.

What We're Looking For:

Someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, a natural ability to connect with people, and a genuine drive to succeed. Organization, reliability, accountability, and the ability to take initiative are especially important.

Previous apartment leasing experience is preferred, but candidates with strong sales or customer service backgrounds are encouraged to apply!
