Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist contractors and builders with product selection and inquiries
- Accurately process sales transactions, quotes, and special orders
- Maintain strong knowledge of products, materials, and inventory
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Handle customer issues or returns professionally and efficiently
- Keep the sales counter and showroom clean, organized, and stocked
- Build and maintain relationships with repeat customers and trade professionals
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or construction-related environments preferred
- Electrical experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, team-oriented, and detail-focused
- Require lifting, standing for extended periods, and handling materials
Requirements: Must pass a background check
Schedule: Monday- Friday.
Hours: 7:30am - 4:30pm
