Sheila is unique in being a totally hands on woman owner that started in the field as an operator and developed a growing company with 20+ employees. Her passions are in glass surfaces, restoration, business development and residential rooftop safety training. Sheila is most passionate about the advancement of professionalism and recognition of window cleaning as a skilled trade. In addition to growing her highly reviewed service company, Sheila supports her college age daughters (who both may be realizing that A+ Pro could be their dream career) and enjoys being outdoors, hiking, running, biking - anything she can do with her Vizsla Beaucephus!
