About Us
Captel NC is a state program that provides telecommunications access through provision of a captioned telephone at no cost for qualified individuals with a hearing loss. In addition, the program provides captioning access for webinars, video meetings and conference calls at no cost through with Relay Conference Captioning (RCC) service.
