A Home Watch Service is not a house-sitting service where family, friends, or neighbors stay in your home, nor is it a home inspection required during a real estate transaction. As defined by the National Home Watch Association (NHWA), a Home Watch Service is "a visual inspection of a home or property, looking for obvious issues."

As part of our comprehensive Home Watch program, we conduct routine, scheduled visits to monitor your home and property, identifying and reporting any visible issues before they become major problems. From checking for leaks and HVAC issues to signs of pests or storm damage, we provide detailed reports and timely communication to keep you informed and worry-free.
