Paula brings nearly a decade of real estate experience and over 20 years in project and construction management across the manufacturing, commercial, and heavy industrial sectors. Originally from Detroit, she relocated to North Carolina in 2009 and discovered her forever home in Ocean Isle Beach in 2015. What began as a personal journey quickly grew into a professional calling—helping others find their dream homes and investments along the Carolina coast.

Her unique background in construction allows Metro to Coast clients to move confidently through new builds, renovations, and land development projects. By partnering closely with licensed builders, Paula ensures attention to detail, strategic planning, and results that exceed expectations. Licensed in both North and South Carolina, she is actively expanding the firm’s reach while remaining dedicated to personalized client care.
